14. Government Rights

If you are a U.S. government entity, you acknowledge that the Site and any Content constitute "commercial items" as defined in 48 C.F.R. §2.101, and are provided with only those rights as are granted to all other users under these Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

16. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orcrist, Inc. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
